The V-Spot is about more than womb care, it's mind, body and soul wellness. To that end, the soul sisters have been talking, and inspired me to design a delicious 3-group hypnotherapy journey to support healing from the inside out-Rewriting Your Story from Within.
Week 1 -Releasing Trauma from the Womb:
Begin your healing journey by gently clearing trauma, loss, ancestral and early-life imprints to cultivate a foundation of acceptance and peace.
Week 2 -Upgrading the Inner Child: Reparent yourself and give your inner child the love, validation, and security she always needed, leading to greater confidence and deeper love for yourself and others.
Week 3 -Energetic Cord Cutting: Release emotional and energetic attachments to past relationships, people, or situations that are draining your energy.
By the end of all 3 sessions you'll have an experience that you can draw wisdom from for a lifetime.
