Location: The Mission, Boundary Gardens, Tibshelf.
Join me for a super relaxing session to restore and reset the mind, body and soul. This is not your regular sound bath that involves lots of instruments and soundscapes. My sound baths are simple landscapes of sound, using Crystal Tones singing bowls, harmonic sequences and soothing vocals to transport you into the realms of the angels.
"Not like any other sound bath I've been to." Most of the people who enjoy my sound baths have been to a sound event before, but come away confused and uncomfortable with the sounds they heard. My sessions are all about creating harmony with the bowls and voice. They're relaxing, like honey for the nervous system. And they're nothing like gong baths or traditional sound baths.
