About the Event Facilitators:
Leslie – is a yoga teacher, certified sound healer and Reiki Master based in Breckenridge. She offers classes, yoga teacher training, workshops, sound healing, Reiki sessions and wellness retreats. Erin - is a licensed acupuncturist, Chinese Medicine practitioner, and nutrition coach. She sees patients in-person in Breckenridge, as well as through virtual sessions, specializing in pain and orthopedics, womxn’s health, digestive disorders, and stress-induced conditions. · Limited yoga mats are available on a first-come, first-served basis. You are highly encouraged to bring a yoga mat, as well as blankets, pillows, or whatever else you need to lay down comfortably.
