About this Event
In this class, participants will explore the concept of core beliefs—those deep-rooted thoughts we have about ourselves, others, and the world. The class will guide attendees through understanding how core beliefs shape their emotions, behaviors, and overall mindset. The class will focus on identifying both positive and negative core beliefs, and how shifting negative ones can improve well-being.
Following the discussion, there will be a Reiki meditation designed to help release negative energy tied to limiting beliefs and foster a sense of inner healing and balance. This combination of learning and meditation aims to provide participants with tools for personal growth and self-awareness.

Rose Huinker is a certified Holy Fire® Reiki Master and Teacher, as well as a Holy Fire® Karuna Reiki® Master.
