What is HeaRRT?
HeaRRT (Healing Racial Trauma) is an exclusive, groundbreaking 12-week closed support group (delivered as a course) designed specifically for people from Black African and Caribbean communities who have experienced racism or racial trauma. It offers a unique space for you to share, heal, and build resilience in a safe and supportive environment.
Who can join?
This group is for you if:
- You identify as Black African or Caribbean.
- You have experienced racism or racial trauma.
- You are looking for a supportive community to help navigate and manage the impact of racial trauma.
