Introduction Workshop

Helping professionals often carry invisible weight. Healing for Healers creates space to set it down—inviting a return to balance through animals, nature, and stillness.

This two-hour experience is designed for those who give so much to others:

• Mental health professionals & social workers
• Veterinarians & animal care professionals
• Educators, paraprofessionals & caregivers
• First responders & frontline workers
• Anyone in a helping profession seeking grounding & renewal

This restorative session blends:

• Equine-assisted learning – Foster trust, connection & awareness
• Yoga & meditation – Regulate the nervous system & reconnect
• Sound healing – Support emotional release & vibrational balance
• Nature-based reflection – Slow down & come back to self

What to Bring

• Refillable water bottle (we have a refill station on site)
