This 60 min experience is designed for those who give so much to others:
- Mental health professionals & social workers
- Veterinarians & animal care professionals
- Educators, paraprofessionals & caregivers
- First responders & frontline workers
- Anyone in a helping profession seeking grounding & renewal
This restorative session blends:
- Equine-assisted learning – Foster trust, connection & awareness
- Yoga & meditation – Regulate the nervous system & reconnect
- Sound healing – Support emotional release & vibrational balance
- Nature-based reflection – Slow down & come back to self
No experience necessary — all activities are done on the ground.
There will be no riding.
