About your Host & Facilitator:
Jay Dubeta is a trauma-informed ICF Life Coach and practitioner of Dr. Gabor Mate's Compassionate inquiry who incorporates mindfulness techniques and approaches into his work with his clients.
Jay began meditating at the age of 15, and has over 25 years of meditation experience.
After a life-altering spiritual awakening crisis in 2012, Jay was initiated onto the path of the Wounded Healer, and dove into mindfulness practices for his own healing and to serve others. Since then, Jay has attended multiple 10-day silent Vipassana meditation retreats, and has accumulated over 1000 hours of meditation experience. He is committed to helping others reconnect with their true essence and achieve wholeness through the transformative power of meditation and self-inquiry.
