Come drum, move, release, and recharge in a supportive circle led by Suzie and Rhonda.In this unique experience, we’ll begin with a lively drum circle facilitated by Rhonda, where you’ll learn simple, energizing rhythms with hand drums provided for your use. Then Suzie will guide you through a soothing sound bath using singing bowls and chimes to release stress, & open your heart.

Meet Your Facilitators:
*Rhonda* is a certified drum circle facilitator, Reiki Master, Qigong, and Simplified Tai Chi Instructor. With 12years of experience leading drum circles throughout southern Alberta and BC, Rhonda is passionate about the healing and connection that rhythm brings.
*Suzie* is the owner of Sunshine Healings.
A Craniosacral, Reiki Master, Sound Therapist and PEMF Vibration Mat Therapist. She has been a sound healing therapist since 2016.
