We’ll begin with a gentle guided meditation to ground and center, followed by a collective practice of Reiki and sound bowl healing. This is a safe, supportive space to release stress, regulate your nervous system, and explore your inner world.
No prior experience is necessary—just bring yourself, an open heart, and a willingness to receive.
