***Location Details:
We will meet at the Douglass Branch Library for the Oct. 5th & Nov. 2nd dates. Dec. 14th & Jan. 4th sessions will be held at the Champaign Public Library on Green Street.
Quick Notes:
- Please bring a yoga mat if you have one. Loaner mats are limited, so please email [email protected] if you need to reserve one.
- Bring a blanket if you'd like to. Sometimes breathwork can make people a little chilly!
- It is recommended not to eat heavy meals 1-2 hours prior to breathwork.
