✨ We will begin with choosing oracle cards for messages from spirit and crystals to enhance the healing
✨ There will be herbal teas to have if you'd like
✨ An introduction of myself, the energy healing I practice and the plan for the session
✨ Setting intentions of what each person would like to attain
✨ Guided meditation for healing journey to connect and receive any insight, wisdom, soul guidance
✨ Drumming to ground and aid journey
✨ Energy healing (Reiki Seichem, Egyptian cartouche and Shamanic healing modalities) with light touch hands on healing. This will include intuitive guidance which I will write down before the session for each person
✨ Sharing of experiences if comfortable and drawn to.
