Experience the body in harmony as we flow through a restorative sequence of supported heart and hip openers, relaxing gentle twists, and calming folds. We will flow through a series of asanas, incorporating blocks, blankets and bolsters, allowing students to feel safe and grounded. Throughout the practice, students will be encouraged to find deep relaxation from soothing hands-on adjustments and gentle massage. All the while connecting deeply to the body and mind using deep yogic breathing and body awareness techniques. Soothing music will carry you from the first posture all the way to the final savasana, where we will finish our practice by bathing in the healing sound of our beautiful alchemy bowls.
