Take a break from the busyness of your day to day with this guided, arts-based reflection to help you come back home to yourself. Great for caretakers, wisdom seekers, folks seeking clearer self-concept and improved self-esteem, or anyone else interested in a personal reflective process. This workshop uses mindfulness, drawing/painting, and simple movement practices to guide participants from understanding, to being, to being seen and sharing their best self with their community.Please join Registered Drama Therapist and Reiki Master Rae Balmuth for this special workshop on Saturday, July 13, 1:00pm-4:00pm at Monthaven Arts & Cultural Center. This workshop is open to adults of all ages. No prior art or movement experience is necessary.
