Teri Stephens, licensed therapist, has designed this workshop to help you to understand the nature of anxiety, why you have it, and how to help yourself reduce it, using your own body and mind. This workshop will teach you various techniques to cope with and lessen your anxiety and leave with tools to carry into your everyday life. Note: This is not a yoga class but there will be some physical calming techniques shared. All movement will be very light and gentle.
