This workshop of two classes will allow you to go deep into the energy that connects you with your self and with your relationships! Understand the trauma and limiting beliefs that you might carry that block the free way of your relationships to allow you to connect authentically and truly. Release what do not allow you to give and receive fully. Find the truth within you and be what you truly are next to your relationships!It is a workshop made for both men and women, to help us feel safe to discover who we truly are without trauma and unhealthy patterns in terms of our feminine and masculine energy. And then allow our self to feel the union within us and open our heart to healthy, give and take, relationships. Create relationships that they do not take up our space but support us to become bigger and express ourself freely. Into relationships that make us feel free and complete.
- two workshops of 2 hours each, 05/04 at 10am and 16/04 at 7pm
- a circle of women and men together (is time to feel safe and the same in our life journey)
- cost 25€ each workshop (€50 total)
We will work mainly through our energy centres of sacral, solar plexus, heart. Connect with the energy of our creativity, life, joy, sensuality, support, space giving, self confidence, love and compassion and welcome them. Connect with our trauma, emotions, limiting beliefs and fears and release them.
It will include meditation and energy healing exercises, breathwork, movement, release exercises, sharing and receiving.
