Tend to Your Spirit offers compassionate reflections on living with chronic illness, structured around the seasons of life and enriched with voices from a diverse community of contributors. The Rev. Julianne Lepp is a Unitarian Universalist minister, writer, and spiritual director whose work centers on resilience, storytelling, and building compassionate community. Julianne lives with rheumatoid arthritis and supports those living with chronic illness in many capacities. She is the co-author of Tend to Your Spirit, a book that weaves memoir, spiritual practices, and collective wisdom to support those navigating chronic illness and life’s challenges.
