It's been a truly amazing year so far for me. I'm feeling very blessed � in January I got the opportunity to go to Tipperary for 10 days Louise Hay life Coach & Mentor intensive training with the beautiful Eileen Clair it was a tough 10 days as we had to do the work we will be delivering to others on ourselves. I knew going there that this would be the case, & I was all in. Ready to let go of the past & current situations. I emerged from that 10 days a new woman. And was so surprised how the dynamics in some of my relationships changed. I felt so much lighter & happier in myself. Like this massive weight had been lifted from me. I let go of the burdens I was carrying for others, that nobody asked me to carry. I was always the fixer for everyone around me, and took on other people's stuff.
