Healing the inner child is a journey of balancing your emotions & feelings. We live in a world that "thinks" too much and the brain isn't designed to give your life answers, the heart is the best decider. In this w/shop you will learn to nurture your inner child so she/he is happy to give you the reigns so you can live a heart centered life. You'll also learn to feel once again and understand your emotions and feelings. The inner child is the younger part of self that has experienced some situation, event or trauma at some point of life in which the inner child didn't feel safe, loved, protected, heard, seen etc, creating a mixture of thoughts, feelings, emotions, beliefs and behaviors. This younger part of self stays "frozen" in time space, not realizing that he/she is an adult now, and that those hurtful past events are long gone; he/she reacts every time she feels triggered by these events.
when the inner child is unhappy or traumatized you can experience depression, anxiety, tiredness, confusion or any uncomfortable emotions. When the child is taken care of and nurtured, you feel happy, content, safe, nurtured, energized and filled with positive emotions.
This w/shop's aim is to teach you how heal the inner child, so you can live a life filled with joy.
