An immersive, Sensorium-designed sound bath that lets participants feel the elements, Earth, Fire, Water, and Air, through spatial audio, vibroacoustics, chromotherapy lighting, and 360° visuals. The experience begins with a gentle 5-10 minute guided meditation to ground the nervous system and set an intention for our connection to the Earth. From there, the sound journey unfolds in four elemental movements: Earth arrives through throat singing and subtle rain textures that anchor the body, Fire ignites with warm crackling soundscapes, and flute that reverberates through the dome, Water washes in with ocean waves and singing bowls that travel across the space like tides, and Air completes the arc with birds singing and delicate chimes, opening the senses into calm spaciousness. The session closes with a guided meditation out, supporting integration, presence, and a soft return to the room.
Created specifically for Sensorium, this offering includes a custom composition that uses the full speaker array to move sound like a living environment, while vibroacoustic layers add a grounding dimension, and chromotherapy/visual cues mirror each element’s emotional tone. The result is a deeply embodied, calming, and memorable wellness experience ideal for stress relief, energetic reset, and reconnecting to nature without leaving the city.
