6:30pm (Approx 90 minutes, extra time has been allowed if you wish to take your time to leave)
PLEASE ARRIVE 10-15 MINUTES EARLY to settle into the space and your spot. Please allow for traffic and plan out your travel accordingly, as we cannot start the event until everyone has arrived.

Entry is through Pole Plus ( we are located directly behind Aldi)
Bring with you:
For this event you will be lying down for approx 90 mins. Being as comfortable as possible will make it a much more enjoyable experience.
We therefore highly recommend:
- A comfortable exercise mat to lay on.
- A pillow or pillows. One for your head, and any additional to place under your legs or back.
- A warm blanket pending on the current weather.
- An eye mask or small towel, to block out light and distractions and have a deeper inner experience.
- Wear comfortable clothing. Wear socks as your feet can get cold.
