Women’s Somatic Healing Retreat
Inside every woman lives a younger version of herself — the curious girl, the wounded girl, the silenced girl, the forgotten girl.
She still remembers what your body has carried.
She still waits to be seen.
HEAL THE GIRL WITHIN is a therapeutic, nurturing afternoon created to support women in reconnecting with their inner child and releasing emotional patterns stored in the nervous system.
In this retreat, we combine science and soul:
