HEADSTAND PREP WORKSHOP WITH JANESirsasana - the King of Poses! Learn and refine the techniques for a confident and safe headstand with senior teacher Jane.
This workshop will give you the confidence to go into a headstand in a general yoga class. Spread out over three consecutive weeks, you will learn how to prep for a headstand including warm-ups and prep work.
You will also learn a safe way to enter headstand, and variations to get you to the full Sirsasana.
If you’re the yogi that avoids headstands in class, then this is for you!
Some yoga experience is required.
