Even if you’re not receiving a headshot, you are warmly invited to join us for the evening! This is a wonderful chance to connect with other nonprofit leaders, share ideas, and build relationships in a casual, welcoming environment. Whether you’re new to the nonprofit space or a seasoned leader, you’ll walk away with meaningful connections.

We’re excited to provide complimentary brand-style headshots exclusively for:
- Executive Directors/CEOs OR Development/Fundraising Directors
- Representing nonprofits with an operating budget of $500,000 or less
Each headshot participant will receive a 10-minute timeslot to capture 1–2 professional photos in a relaxed, modern setting. These are not formal studio portraits, but natural headshots designed to highlight your leadership and personality.
✨ Please note before booking:
- You must arrive precisely on time. Late arrivals forfeit their slot.
- If you cannot attend, please cancel your booking so another nonprofit leader may participate.
- You may bring one small prop (laptop, notebook, etc.) if you’d like it included.
- A restroom will be available for a wardrobe change or quick touch-ups, but there is no space for full hair/makeup preparation.
- By reserving a time, you agree to allow us to use your photo(s) for marketing future events.
