To begin the ceremony, a delicious and sacred cacao elixir will be served. Cacao is rich in Anandamide, the "Bliss Molecule'', which is a heart opening medicine. It also contains Theobromine, a compound that is known to increase overall cognitive function. Cacao has many other benefits, such as cardiovascular support, increased circulation, promotes bone health, and more. It is also rich in essential minerals such as magnesium, calcium, iron, zinc, copper, potassium, and manganese.
We will be facilitating an Oceans of Holy Love meditation to channel in the divine light of Holy Fire® Reiki. Through this guided imagery journey, one may connect to their deep subconscious mind within the soothing waters of healing light. Oceans of Holy Love brings about visions, revelations, and a deep sense of peace within the mind and body. Each participant will receive Holy Fire® Reiki healing - a channel of healing energy that creates wholeness through purification, empowerment, and healing guidance. This channel of energy is very high vibrational, drawn from pure divine light frequencies and unconditional love.
This journey will end in a nourishing sound bath to anchor in all of the beauty granted in the Oceans of Holy Love experience. Sound therapy has many benefits, including relaxation of the nervous system, stress reduction, cellular renewal, energetic cleansing, and so much more. During a sound journey, one can experience deep alpha brain wave states, leading to increased creativity and an enhanced ability to take in new information. This inevitably increases our growth potential on our journey of expansion and personal development.
The intention for these circles is to provide the community a place to rest, returning to one's space of energetic and spiritual center within the heart.

He has trained with industry experts such as Jillian Michaels, Tony Horton, and Shaun T. Eric’s approach to fitness is flexible and tailored to each individual’s needs. His motto is “Fitness is not a one size fits all.” Eric specializes in corrective movement, personal training, life/addiction coaching, energy healing, and sound healing.
