We’re excited to welcome back 7th Dan Senior Chief Master Marshall Parnell for a full weekend of training!
What are the different technique lessons we learn from the varied aspects of our training?
We will look at gyukgum sparring drills, gyukgum “one step” drills, and gumbup forms, and explore how they all complement each other.
Putting all our technique together, we’ll consider the differences between performances and demonstrations as we put together a showcase to share with each other.
