Bidding starts at 3pm- must be registered to place a bid. Arrive early to sign up with our clerk at the auction.
QUICK FACTS:
-Minimum bid is $3
-No buyer premium.
-All items sold during the auction will go to the highest bidder(s).
-Tax WILL be added to your final sale- we are not selling used items like those that would be found in an estate auction. Items up for bid are all new merchandise from box store / online major retailer pallets*. By law we must collect tax.
*We are not selling or auctioning unprocessed pallets at this time- only items from the pallets we have processed ourselves.

By participating in our live auction, you agree to these terms and conditions. Thank you for your participation
and good luck bidding!
1. All sales are final upon being declared “Sold” by the auctioneer and you need to do your own due
diligence and ask any questions before bidding.
2. Eligibility: Must be 18 years of age to bid on any item in the auction. Must be registered with the cashier
to bid on any item in this auction. We reserve the right to refuse participation to anyone for any reason.
3. Buyer’s Premium- Harris Discount Emporium does not charge a buyer’s premium at this time.
4. Bidding: All bids made during the auction are binding and cannot be retracted. The highest bidder at the
time the auction closes will be the winner of the item. In the event of a dispute, the auctioneer's decision is
final. Minimum starting bid is $3.00.
5. Payment: Payment must be made in full before leaving the auction. We accept cash, and most credit
cards. A 3% processing fee will be added to all credit card transactions. Failure to make payment within
the stated time frame may result in legal action.
a. Merchandise becomes the full responsibility of the bidder at time of payment and the bidder assumes
all risk of loss and damage to property at that time. Harris Discount Emporium reserves the right to
resell any property not paid for in full by the conclusion of the stated pickup period. In any such event,
the bidder will still be responsible for payment for the original purchase and the costs of collection of
this payment and/or damages resulting from the resale of the property.
b. NO RETURNS: All sales are final. There are no returns, refunds, or adjustments.
c. DEBT COLLECTION AND INTEREST CHARGES: The bidder agrees to pay all reasonable attorney
fees and other costs incurred by Harris Discount Emporium in its efforts to collect unpaid funds from
the bidder. The bidder agrees that a fee of 2% of the outstanding balance per month be added to any
unpaid balance due Harris Discount Emporium. Any debt collection or dispute proceedings will be
heard in Faulkner County, Arkansas.
d. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: If, for any reason Harris Discount Emporium is unable to make available
or deliver any Purchase, or portion thereof, or documentation required in respect of any Purchase, the
sole liability of Harris Discount Emporium, if any, shall be the return of monies paid in respect of such
Purchase upon its return by Purchaser.
6. Item Pick-Up: All purchases must be removed from the auction property upon payment. Exceptions will
be made on a case by case bases at the discretion of the auctioneer. If an item is not picked up within this
time frame, it may be resold or donated at our discretion. Any costs associated with shipping or delivery of
items are the responsibility of the buyer.
7. Item Descriptions: We make every effort to accurately describe all items in the auction. However, we are
not responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of items. All items are sold as-is, where-is,
with no warranties or guarantees.
8. BIDDER INFORMATION AND SECURITY: All registration information the bidder provides to Harris
Discount Emporium shall be current, complete, and accurate. All bidders are responsible for any bids
placed under their buyer numbers. We require a valid photo ID and phone number to register as a bidder
for the first time.
9. Disclaimer: All items sell "as is","where is", with all faults. Harris Discount Emporium does not give or make any type of guarantee or warranty regarding the item to be sold, implied or otherwise. HarrisDiscount Emporium encourages all bidders to inspect items closely in person before bidding. Harris Discount Emporium is not responsible for incorrect listing information, if any. Harris Discount Emporium has attempted to provide accurate descriptions of all items; however, it is the bidder's responsibility to
determine the condition and suitability of each item. Printed statements or descriptions by Harris Discount
Emporium staff are provided in good faith and are matters of opinion.
