This has a massively detrimental effect on an individual’s wellbeing & their ability to properly function. Poor sleep contributes to digestive issues, poor performance, mood swings, disease and even premature death. During this talk, Brídín will talk to listeners about the importance of sleep…many people believe sleep to be a luxury , we are all familiar with phrases such as ‘you snooze you lose’ , ‘Ill sleep when I’m dead’ and so on. Many people don’t realise how detrimental lack of sleep can be. She will also give insight into the science and neuroscience of sleep, the importance of each sleep stage and of course how to easily improve sleep. Brídín is a Yoga teacher, trainer & wellness professional.
