Join us the Keep Nine Essay Scholarship winner will read their essay and will be presented with their scholarship check. Louise Baker, MFRW Keep 9 Chair, will talk about the Keep Nine amendment, and County Executive Bob Cassilly will present the citation and also speak as well.
