Register Online https://hckc.alphatiming.co.uk/ Early bird pricing valid until 11:50pm Thursday prior to race day. **Please note KARTOBERFEST 2025 is a TWO DAY EVENT and will be held Oct 25 & 26 starting at 8am**
Visitors are welcome! Mandatory $7 pit pass must be purchased for all guests inside HCKC gates on race day. Please park tow vehicles and visitor cars outside gate.
Event Schedule:
*8 am to 9 am - Kid Karts Only
*9 am - HCKC Controlled Practice Begins (Follow Posted Schedule)
*10:30am-12pm - Registration & Transponders
*12pm - Mandatory Drivers Meeting Followed by Qualifying
Proper safety gear required at all times – See NKA rules. No driving in the pits - doing so will result in a DQ for the event. Karts may only be started in the grid area with a driver in the seat! No scooters, bikes, skateboards, etc. allowed in the pits.
Please be aware that HCKC events are run by the membership and those that volunteer. You *will* be asked to help your club out for duties like Grid Stewart, Pre-Tech, Scales, cut-thru, etc.
