Our first "Mostly Waltz" of the 2025-2026 season will be on Sunday, October 5, 2025, from 2:30 to 5:30 p.m. We'll start will a lesson on waltz basics from 2:30 to 3:00 p.m., with instructors Barbara Renna and Charlie Mandelberg, followed by a mini-lesson on the Schottisch from 3:00 - 3:15. The admission will be $10 for this month's dance, as we will be utilizing recorded music. Our live music will commence next month with the Confluence Ensemble, whose Scandinavian themed music will give you a good opportunity to put your Schottisch skills to further use. You are welcome to bring snacks to share at the break. This month, we will also have two easy to learn line dances right after the break, followed by the "family waltz" mixer. If you've been wanting to learn to waltz, here is your chance. And if you've been waiting to waltz some more, here is your chance. Come dance!
