The Hannibal Concert Association’s fourth concert of its 2024-2025 concert season is scheduled for Friday, January 31. The production is a USO style show titled Letters From Home with a mission to honor veterans, celebrate people and unite through music. The special performance will be held at 7:30 p.m. in the Roland Fine Arts Center’s Parker Theater on the campus of HLGU. Letters From Home infuses the classic style of war-time music with a witty, modern edge. Featuring high-energy singing and tap-dancing performances by founder Erinn Dearth and self-proclaimed "tall guy" Dan Beckmann. Funny and heartfelt, harmonic and uplifting, Letters From Home will leave you feeling great about being human.
The duo has performed 1000+ shows across the world, including singing at the 75th Anniversary of D-Day in Normandy France, entertaining Battle of the Bulge veterans in Belgium, and completing their full 50-States Tour in 2023.
Without a season or patron membership, tickets are $25 for adults and $5 for students. Single tickets will be available at the door prior to the concert beginning at 6:30 p.m. or may be purchased online at https://hannibal-concert-association.square.site.
