Please note: HAF TICKETS GO LIVE 19th JUNE and will need to be purchased through e-vouchers. For this course we have 45 HAF spaces for Juniors.
We strongly recommend all new YP sign up to an after school taster session. This can be boked by contacting the team.

Day: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
Dates: 29th July - 2nd August 2024
Wear: sports clothes including trainers (appropriate for weather) sports will be outdoors when possible. - NO CROP TOPS.
BRING:
BURSARY & PAID TICKETS - BRING A packed lunch & Snacks - NO NUTS ON SITE
Re-fillable water bottle.
HAF - Lunch provided - BRING snacks & drink - NO NUTS ON SITE
Weather appropriate clothes - we may have access to the school farm and forest school and we will go outside when the weather allows so please send your YP prepared for these occassions.
It can be helpful to send your YP with: Suncream & hat, a pair of named wellies, a change of clothes, layers in case of poor weather. These items should be kept in a bag. They can leave this at school for the duration of the course if desired.

YP will participate in age groups:
MINIS: School years 1-4
YP will participate in a range of timetabled activities which may include activities such as sport, drama games, STEM, 1:1 reading.
We are looking to arrange a trip off site on Friday 2nd August
YP will participate in a range of timetabled activities which may include activities such as Cooking, tumbles, art, farm, games.
Juniors will participate in a session on Friday 2nd August @ Box End Aqua Park, pick up and drop off as normal @ Kings Oak.
In order to participate in Box End Aqua Park YP must be able to swim a minimum of 50m, F4YP will also agree to Box End's Waiver on your behalf. You can read the waiver here. In booking a junior ticket you are agreeing to Box End Park Activitiy Waiver. If you do not consent to this, you must contact the office team before 19th July 2024.

HAF
We are able to offer a limited amount of HAF places at our holiday clubs, in addition to our bursary and paid places.
The government Holiday Activity and Food Fund (HAF) allows participants who receive income related Free School Meals benefit, to attend holiday activities free of charge and receive a lunch provided.
If you are eligible for HAF, you will receive an E-Voucher code which must be obtained from your YP school. HAF tickets must be booked through the E-vouchers, which is Bedford Borough Council's HAF booking system. We also have our own form which we will then need you to complete if your YP is new to F4YP.
YP who have a HAF ticket may be dropped to club from 8am-8.45am and collected between 3.15-4pm.Please arrange drop off times with the team.
BURSARY
In all our courses we have bursary criteria which can be found here.
PAID
If you do not qualify for a bursary place we have some places that are paid tickets. We are now taking payments through invoice or card machine which will be arranged by the team after booking your space.
YOUNG PEOPLE SHOULD LIVE IN OR ATTEND SCHOOL IN BEDFORDSHIRE.

- If applying for a bursary place we we will require evidence to show you meet the criteria.
- Purchasing a ticket does not guarantee a place on the course. We reserve the right to refuse places to applicants.
- We accept booking as parental consent for your YP's to receive emergency medical aid if required during their attendance at any of our programmes.
- All staff are independently DBS checked.
- During the course your YP may require additional support from the pastoral team. If your YP has an EHCP or additional support at school it is helpful for us to know this before hand so that we can provide consistent support. We may also contact the school if we have additional concerns. If your child has 1:1 support at school please inform us of this, we may request a visit with their school so that we can assess your child's needs.
