This Sunday, 7th September 2025, we shall have our 535th Birdwalk at Narsapur forest.Narsapur Forest is 45 KM north of Hyderabad in the Medak district. Spread between Gummadidala and Narsapur town. This forest spans over 30sq km and has a mini-ghat section, thick forest, a hill, a large lake, a good number of birds, butterflies, varied flora and fauna.

Important Note:
Please dress appropriately in green/brown color clothing (No Camouflage dressing since it is a reserve forest and sensitive area). Full sleeves shirt/t-shirt, long pants, are recommended for forest birding. Closed-toe shoes are recommended. Prefer to wear a hat for sun protection. Carry binoculars and SLR with a telephoto lens if you have one. Carry enough water, biscuits/snacks.
