Explore the world of fermentation in this introductory food preservation workshop with Trevor Ring, owner of Community Cultures. Learn everything you need to know to turn your favorite veggies into fun, flavorful and nutritious pickles.
Participants will walk away with a jar of veggies to ferment at home, an understanding of the benefits of this process, and the creativity and confidence to craft fermented veggies on your own.
