I’m Stuffed Cupcakes and Cookies class cancellation policy:
When you purchase a seat in our classes, you should see it as something similar to purchasing tickets to any other entertainment event. We do not offer refunds unless the class is canceled by I’m Stuffed Cupcakes and Cookies. There are NO REFUNDS for classes as there is so much preparation that goes into each one.
As a courtesy on our behalf we will offer class credit, if you want to cancel your reservation you must give at least a 2 business day notice in order to receive FULL credit for a future class (within 90 days). Cancellations within 1 business day will be granted half credit for a future class (within 90 days). If you do not show up for your class or cancel in less than 1 business day, you will forfeit the missed class and will NOT be issued any credits and will need to pay to re-register.
If an unforeseen circumstance requires you to cancel the SAME DAY of a class you are scheduled to attend, we strongly suggest that you find a friend or family member who can come in your place so that you are not out the class fee that you already paid.
