Matt Christensen is the Water Utility Regulatory Manager for the City of Fargo. With five years of experience as a water plant operator, he stepped into his current role four months ago. Matt’s primary responsibilities include managing lead and copper rule regulations and serving as a point of contact for public inquiries, ensuring compliance and effective communication with the community.
Troy Hall is the Water Utility Director for the City of Fargo, bringing decades of experience to the role. With a lifelong career dedicated to water treatment, Troy prioritizes water quality, oversees major water-related projects, manages financial planning for the utility, and works closely with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and service excellence.
