About this Event
This in-person presentation features Nature's Educators, an acclaimed Colorado wildlife outreach organization. The event will take place, rain or shine, in the Lois Webster Amphitheater. Participants will learn how to identify each of the eight raptor species in its perched position. The program will also delve into habitat and conservation measures for these birds of prey. Bring your cameras and your questions for an encounter that will provide a truer perspective on the size of these species. This program is for adults only (age 18 and up). You must register in advance to attend. No refunds will be given. All proceeds benefit the Denver Field Ornithologists Hawk Watch program on Dinosaur Ridge.
