Haven Family Picnic

Come out an enjoy Trollwood Park alongside your family or friends at the first ever Haven Family Picnic! This is a family friendly event hosted by Haven as an opportunity for families to meet one another and spend time with others also navigating life after loss. It can be particularly difficult for living siblings to find their way speaking about their sibling(s) who have passed and navigating questions and concerns at school or in friend groups. We hope this event will create a safe place for them to meet, talk, and play with other kids who have had similar experiences.

What to Expect

Food: Catered Meal will be provided; please register so we have an accurate count

Beverages: Haven will provide waters, you are welcome to bring anything else you would like to drink - no glass is allowed in the park.

Activities: There will be some planned activities for kids to participate in as well as a playground on site.

Program: There will be a short presentation at or around 7pm.

Remembrance: You are welcome to bring a framed photo of your child(ren) with you to the picnic to share.
