Join Cat for a nurturing, interactive workshop shaped by you.Ahead of the session, everyone booked will be invited to complete a short email questionnaire, sharing any physical discomforts (such as stiffness, aches, or tension) and everyday emotional challenges they’d like support with — for example feeling wired, holding stress in the body, struggling to pause, or finding it hard to switch off before sleep. These responses will directly inform the first half of the workshop.
In this practical section, we’ll explore simple, accessible techniques you can use in real life — during a busy day, before getting out of bed, or to ease tension at the end of the day. Nothing here requires deep emotional work; the focus is on gentle self-support and nervous system ease.
The second half of the session will be a Yoga Nidra–style guided meditation. Often described as “yogic sleep,” Yoga Nidra can be deeply relaxing and refreshing, supporting rest, recovery, and letting go of accumulated tension.
This is a gentle, inclusive session. All practices can be done seated, with plenty of modifications and adaptations offered, so you can meet your body exactly where it is.
