Havana: Generations of Dreams features the work of Lidia Aguilera, Raul Lopez Aguilar and Viviana Mendez, three of Cuba’s most diverse visual artists whose collective careers span an impressive 70 years. “Generations” explores the vivid imagery associated with each artist’s examination of self and the struggle to make sense of an ever-growing Cuban diaspora. Whimsical, chaotic, and surreal, the highlighted works offer a glimpse of the depths of the current Cuban art movement; one which is informed by the past but grasping for a better
future.

The event will also feature Cuban-themed cocktails by 8th Day Distillery, Cuban-themed food provided by YATS, and Cuban and Latin music by harpist Jan Aldridge-Clark.
