Small Scare is the kid's version of the Haunted Warehouse. This time is geared toward allowing our younger audience and their guardians to experience our Haunted Warehouse with the lights on. Participants will find their way through the 1st and 2nd floors of the AD German Warehouse. There will be more spooky characters to enjoy along the way!

Our haunted warehouse is filled with terrifying surprises lurking around every corner. Brace yourself for heart-pounding encounters with ghouls, ghosts, and all things that go bump in the night. This in-person event promises to be a bone-chilling night you won't soon forget. So gather your bravest friends and prepare to face your fears at the Haunted Warehouse!”

Small Scare (Lights On): 5:30pm to 6:30pm --> $10/child $15/adult

October 25th & 26th only!

Tickets will be available the day of the event in The 1912 building at 177 E Haseltine Street, Richland Center, WI. Tickets are first come, first serve. This is a Fundraising event. This event is presented by the A.D. German Warehouse Conservancy, Inc. All proceeds will go to the restoration and preservation of the A.D. German Warehouse designed by Frank Lloyd Wright.

Groups of 8 people (max) will enter the building promptly every 5 minutes. Your group number will be announced and your group will immediately head over to the warehouse. Only participants will be able to enter with their group number.

For safety reasons, it is important that everyone understands the rules before entering the attraction.

Keep in mind, being scared is the fun part, but it’s important to understand that you WILL be scared and startled here by loud noises, dark areas, characters coming from all angles, strange sounds, cramped places, and many other unnerving situations. It is preferred to wear close-toed shoes. The venue will have stairs involved and uneven surfaces.

RULES:

• ABSOLUTELY NO CELL PHONES OR OTHER DEVICES ALLOWED IN ATTRACTION

• NO RUNNING OR ROUGH HOUSING

• WALKING ONLY (UNEVEN SURFACES)

• THIS EVENT INCLUDES STAIRS AND IS NOT HANDICAP ACCESSIBLE (No wheelchairs, walker, crutches, or any other walking devices allowed)

• THERE WILL BE FLASHING LIGHTS, LIGHT EFFECTS, BE LOUD NOISES, AND EFFECTS TO SCARE. It is not recommended for anyone with conditions that could trigger a medical emergency to enter the attraction.
• NO SMOKING OR OPEN FLAMES OF ANY KIND, NO EXCEPTION!

• DO NOT MOVE PROPS OR TOUCH ACTORS; THIS IS FOR YOUR SAFETY AS WELL AS THE ACTOR’S SAFETY

• NO ALCOHOL, DRUGS, FIREARMS AND/OR WEAPONS OF ANY TYPE ARE ALLOWED. You will not be allowed to enter the attraction if you are deemed to be under the influence of any drugs or alcohol.
• EVENT STAFF RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ADMITTANCE TO ANYONE FOR ANY REASON

• EVENT STAFF HAVE THE RIGHT TO STOP THE EVENT AND ESCORT PARTICIPATE(S) OUT OF THE EVENT IF THERE IS A SAFETY CONCERN

• DO NOT USE ANY DEVICES TO ILLUMINATE YOUR WAY ALONG THE TRAIL; THIS RUINS WELL PLANNED EFFECTS AND CHANGES TO THE EXPERIENCE FOR OTHER GUESTS

• NO VIDEO OR PHOTOGRAPHY ALLOWED WITHOUT WRITTEN APPROVAL

• YOU MAY BE VIDEOED OR PHOTOGRAPHED FOR PROMOTIONAL PURPOSES

• BE SCARED BUT, BE SAFE

• YOU ENTER THE HAUNTED WAREHOUSE AT YOUR OWN RISK

By entering the haunted attraction/property you agree to all of the posted rules and take full responsibility for ALL of your actions whether intentional or accidental. Owner and any of their affiliates are not responsible for any loss, stolen and/or damaged possessions of patrons while on the premises and may not be held responsible in any case. If you lose any items, please notify the ticket desk. Items will be able to be picked up the next day.
