Holder grants permission to the Performers and their agents to utilize the holder’s image or likeness incidental to any live or recorded video display or other transmission or reproduction, in whole or in part, of the event. HOLDER VOLUNTARILY ASSUMES ALL RISK AND DANGER of personal injury and all other hazards arising from or related in any way to the event for which this ticket is issued, whether occurring prior to, during or after the event, and further agrees that District 142 LLC and 142 Live LLC ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY INJURIES, EXPENSES, CLAIMS OR LIABILITIES RESULTING FROM OR RELATED TO SUCH CAUSES. NO ALCOHOL, DRUGS, WEAPONS, FOOD, CANS OR GLASS CONTAINERS ALLOWED.
