This Halloween, join the Historic Hernando Preservation Society for our inaugural Haunted Hernando History Tour. On this one-hour walking tour, we'll reveal the real-life crimes tied to downtown Brooksville locations, from chilling murders to destructive arsons and scandalous bootlegging.Drawing from historical research, our guides will tell the true stories of those who lived—and sometimes died tragically—in Hernando County's tumultuous past. While some victims received timely justice, and other still wait for it, sharing their stories keeps their memories alive.
Tour groups will be limited to 15 people

No tickets will be sold at the event
Due to the mature nature of some of these stories, this tour is not suitable for children. We require all tour participants to be at least 17 years of age.
