Dinner:
1st course: (choice of one) Winter Crab Soup, Chili, Caesar or Garden Salad
2nd course: (choice of one) - all served w/rice or potato & the day's vegetable
Chesapeake Chicken - topped with crab imperial and spinach cream sauce
Island Salmon - fresh Salmon topped with mango chutney
Tenderloin Medallions - tender Sirloin bites glazed in bourbon
