RESERVATIONS REQUIRED: Payment is required at checkout to confirm ticketing and seating arrangements.

TICKET POLICY & DISCLAIMER:

Arrival Time: You must arrive 20 minutes early for check-in to confirm ticket entry and complete our HHA liability waiver.

ALL SALES FINAL (NO REFUNDS):

• The holder assumes the risk that seating arrangements or reservation times may change.
• Ticket times and seating arrangements are subject to change based on weight limitations and availability.
• Any changes to seating or reservation time of the event do not entitle the holder to a refund or any other remedy.
  

Riders 17 and Under: Must have an authorized adult present to sign a written consent HHA liability waiver and to accompany them on the ride.

Rain Check Policy:

• The sole and exclusive remedy if admission is refused or revoked, seating capacity limitations or the event is cancelled and not replayed for any reason, is a rain check up to the face value of the ticket for redemption at our next private event.

Entry Policy: Camp Holly reserves the right to refuse entry for violations of rules, illegal activity, misconduct, or failure to comply with security measures.

COVID-19 Disclaimer:

• An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to illness and death according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).
• By entering this venue, the holder voluntarily assumes all risks related to exposure to COVID-19.

Strobe Lights Alert: Please be aware that strobe lights are used during the ride and at the facility.

Handicap Accessibility: All participants must be able to independently board and disembark from the boat.
