Yogasanas practice is structured by Sadhguru a realized Yogi and mystic of our time. His fundamental vision is to offer the science of inner wellbeing to every human being – a science that helps a person realize the ultimate potential within.The word asana literally means a posture. Out of the innumerable asanas a body can assume, 84 have been identified as Yogasanas, through which one can transform the body and mind into a possibility for ultimate well-being.
Yogasanas are a way of aligning the inner system and adjusting it to the celestial geometry, becoming in sync with the existence, thus naturally achieving a state of health, joy, bliss and above all balance.
It takes 4 sessions of about two and a half hours to learn the entire Yogasanas process. All 4 sessions are mandatory.
After completion you will be able to practice this powerful process on your own. This authentic yogic technology will be with you for life.
