Duncan Hulin is the founder and director of the Devon School of Yoga and is a very experienced yoga practitioner and teacher.
This workshop will include breath-only kriyas, asanas, satsang, miscellaneous practices and pranayama.
Duncan teaches a holistic approach to Yoga. As well as coming from an eclectic base the core practises are based on the Dr. Pillai system of Kriyas, Pranayama and Meditation, and its spiritual energy source comes through Swami Sivananda Paramahamsa (of Kerala, India). Duncan and the Devon School of Yoga are members of Yoga Teachers Together.
Bring a packed lunch, water bottle and any yoga props you might want to make yourself comfortable. There is yoga equipment at The Angel Hall that you can use.
