Reiki is a form of energy healing that originated in Japan. It can help you release stress, heal emotional wounds, and restore your natural state of well-being. During the session, Chris will use both distance and hands-on Reiki techniques to cleanse your energy field and rebalance your chakras.
This event is suitable for all levels of fitness, including complete beginners. You donβt need any prior experience in yoga or Reiki to join us. All you need is an open mind and a willingness to receive.
