These beginners’ classes help you revitalize your body, relax your mind, and reduce stress.
Gentle Yoga includes more warm up movements and yoga postures holding for longer times building endurance.
Modifications are done to help people of all fitness levels enjoy the benefit of yoga without putting themselves at any risk of injury. The yoga sessions shall also focus on alignment, utilizing the breath, line of energy and mantra, mudra, bandh, and pranayama.
